which is better to have, tomtom one classic or tomtom one v4?

Im looking to buy a tomtom but don't know much about them, so what is the difference between these 2 models??

Tom Tom rider 1 or 2. Great for motorcycling, easy to read and control while riding. the blue tooth ability and the fact that it's waterproof really make it a biker's tool.

Start looking at the Garmin lineup. I have used those as well as tomtom and Magellan. Skip the TomTom.
