Do black riders wear German style Harley helmets?

I'm a young black guy and I just bought a Harley Davidson but haven't bought a helmet yet. I want to know if me wearing a WWII style German helmet would be against any code or not considered cool by other black riders?

As a biker, I will never understand why anyone, especially our Jewish and Black biker friends, would chose a Nazi style helmet. I had a girlfriend who rode and wore a Nazi helmet - she's is real sweetheart and did a lot of volunteer work. When volunteering for a Jewish Camp for kids, she was asked not to wear that helmet.



And for those Harley riders who espouse how they are pro-American, it really upsets me when I see these helmets and what they stand for.

I'm an old white guy, so take my advice for what it is. There is a high level of douchery with any helmet selected for looks over safety. If you want to look cool, don't wear any helmet at all and if you can shave don't do that either. However if you want to make sure that you can never be confused with a vegetable, select your helmet for safety.

There is a club in New York called the Ching alings. They are Blacks,Hispanic, and Portorecans. They wear SS and broken cross simbals on their cut. So it is comon place??? No. Can you do it?? Why not. Riding is for the indavidual.



to down below. they are blacks also, and nothing to do with HA. they where a common street gang that tried to copy the HA. HA let them survive just as any other small club in the world.

i've seen black riders wear non full-face black helmets (that are more like "buckets") if that's the one you're referring to. they wore that and like a hankerchief type thing across their mouth.



full-face helmets are by far safer though...i saw a black rider with a white full face to match his white harley

jon chingalings is mainly peurto rican and they are hells angels nomads from the Bronx. As for the helmet lots of black guys are wearing them now usually the helmet is chrome when they have one

Hate to tell you this but harley is the official bike of middle aged overweight white cornballs. That helmet definitly fits in, but it really isn't a helmet. More like a motorcycle hat.
