Depends on where in the world you are and how large you want the motor. Here in the Philippines there is a Yamaha 100 and 125 with an automatic transmission, and they are pretty quick and sporty, but it also depends on your definition of Sporty. And the rest of you may laugh who have never been to Asia, but the most common motorcycle in the world and the most sold is the Honda 100cc followed by all the other makers 100cc motorcycles. They sell millions per year. Quick, fuel efficient, and cabable of carrying a load of up to about 300 kilos (almost 700 us lbs) or who knows how much weight if you add a side car. My first motorcycle was a Honda GL1000 full dress Goldwing, but I by far prefer my little Honda Wave 100!

Sportiest bike with a kinda automatic transmission is the Yamaha FJR1300. they just started offering it with a clutch less shift option that works like tiptronic does in automatic cars. at this time though no true Automatic sport bikes.

Don't know of any sportbikes with auto trans, but there is a company called Ridley. They are built in Oklahoma. They have a full size and a 3/4 size. I believe they started out using S&S motors, but in the past few years they have started using HD motors. Oh, they also build trikes.
