I'm a female and I'm getting my class M soon, and I'm super short only 4 11. What are the best motorcycles for my height range? Names and urls would be greatly appreciated. And no Vespa comments please, I just want a motorcycle :) Thanks!

Well be like that! I wouldn't want you on a Vespa either.
http://cycle-ergo.com/ -- you can see want some bike *might* fit you. You can only know by stopping by the dealer and sit on various bikes.
In my humble opinion, after 8 years riding one, the best motorcycle overall is the Suzuki S40. Narrow, not too forward on the pegs, short seat to bars due to that one cylinder upright and naked. It is a 652cc single, very quick, capable of 85+ mph, light weight (lighter than a Ninja 300!).
And the S40 has a forum that will support you -- http://suzukisavage.com/cgi-bin/YaBB.pl?board=RubberSideDown

You are the only one that can answer that. You actually (gasp) have to go out and do stuff to find out. In this case that would be sitting on each and every bike you think would work well for you either a motorcycle or scooter as it suits you. You really need to be able to sit comfortably, reach the handlebars with no issue, and have your feet planted firmly on the ground so you can hold it in place at a red light safely. Sometime you find one that is close, but you need just a hint of a lower seat. In that case you may be able to trim some foam out of the seat reshaping it so it fits your need. Good luck.

My wife is also 4'11" tall and not real strong. It does take a certain amount of upper body strength to ride some motorcycles or even get them off the side stand. My wife found the Suzuki 650 Savage, also known as the S40, to be the perfect balance of weight and power and seat height for her. It rode well and could keep up with me and my larger V-twin. I enjoyed taking it myself from time to time since it was a hoot to fling around curvy roads. We also rode two up on it late night when we wanted to go for a slow, leisurely ride down country roads.

You want SEAT HEIGHT, the Honda Rebel, Yamaha V Star and Suzuki Boulevard S40 have 27'" seats and weigh 330-250 lbs.
ODDLY, some of the bigger ( heavier) Cruisers are even lower.

I had the thought of saying my bike would fit you very good and I promise I would be smiling. But to be serious maybe try the 250 rebel or nighthawk by Honda or other bikes of the same design. They are like having a baby cruiser. And they set low for small ladies. I like the looks of them but they are just to small for me.
