How much would you pay for a 1972 Yamaha TY175D dirt bike? ?

All it really needs is a good cleaning and a paint job

Since it is "okay" perhaps you can get about $500.

Good luck selling it. I had a Kawi 175 in '72. Both are good bikes.

the ty 175 is a factory trials bike,(not trail, trial) it is a very sought after vintage bike for those of us who ride in trials events. 90 percent of the people you meet will have no clue what it is, and therefore not appreciate the value or purpose of it. bottom dollar for a running one in our area (western New York/ Pennnsylvania) is $600-$800. ive seen nice ones bring $1500. look on e-bay- youll be surprised what they bring. i have a ty-80 that i wouldnt take any less than $1000 for
