Try contacting Honda directly or check out used motorcycle dealers in your area, sometimes they take taded in bikes' running motors out of the frames to replace blown motors in other bikes of the same model, or check for used motorcycles parts on the web.

I have seen frame only bikes on eBay very recently. They would always come up when I was looking to buy my 2004 CRF 450 - have a look there.
