Before i got my crf250x i had a 2006 crf150 and with a garmin GPS i clocked it a 59.6 MPH on a dirt road i was 120LBs at the time. Its not a very fast bike but it gets the job done.

Well it depends on who is riding it to tell you the truth. I used to have one, the exact same year too. I now race a 250f and 450f in the expert class and I will soon be getting my pro license. Enough about me though. The bike will do about 50mph I would have to say. If I were you though I would buy a KTM 144 or a two stroke 85. These bikes are just as fast if not faster and much lighter. Also mantainence of a two stroke is much cheaper. I had an 85 before my 150 and blew it up 3 times even after i made it faster...that was my hint that i needed a 250 haha. The main reason i say get a two stroke is because if you are planning on racing, which i assume because this is a race bike you want, is because four stokes tend to teach bad habits and can easily make you much of a lazy rider. It took me about a month to break my lazy habit because the four strokes have so much torque that you can just give it gas to do just about everything...i know i told you more than u needed to know but hoped this helps. :)

I hope your a little kid if you are going to buy that bike. Otherwise you will be in the market for a faster bike real quick.
Jacob has a point about 4 strokes being alot smoother to ride than 2 strokes. But what he is not telling you is that 2 strokes days are coming to an end. The f450's are dominating the R250's on and off the track. Hell they don't even make a Honda CR250 or a CR500 anymore! I find it a shame because thats all I ever ride is CR250's.

Not very.
They are a basic trail bike suited for younger riders. The crf150r is the race version and a powerful little bike.
If you only want a ordinary bike for riding trails and you are the right size then the crf150f is okay, but if you intend to race or ride it on a mx track you would need the crf150r.
I think Jacob is confused with his F's and R's

Are you asking approximately 'perfect velocity' or 'quicker acceleration'? precise now that motorbike is geared for optimal overall performance in all gears, yet you would be able to desire to re-equipment to grant you speedier velocity in decrease gears by increasing the equipment ratio ( a much bigger front sprocket or a smaller rear). A 150cc motorbike can basically provide out plenty capability in the previous it fairly starts off dropping capability, style of like attempting to strengthen oven temperature to bake the cookies quicker, you finally end up 'burning' issues up!

Base on my experience, this motorcycle can go about 50mph to 60mph.
It is depend on many factors that will affact to the performance such as
weight of rider, speed of wind, weight of fuel, weather and many more.
How fast this motorcycle can go is not really important.
The MOST important is SAFETY FIRST:)
