I've been reading that SHOEI CW-1 Faceshield is the one to get that matches up.. but im confused because Shoei helmets come in different shell sizes. Shouldnt the shield come in different sizes to match up?

I'm a small lady so I ordered the XS helmet, but everytime I try to order the shield theres not option for size. I don't think that a shield would fit all the sizes, as there are 5 separate helmet shells.

The shield: http://www.amazon.com/SHOEI-CW-1-SHIELD-DARK-SMOKE/dp/B0037NQGOQ/ref=pd_bxgy_auto_img_y

The helmet:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009H772YY/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00

Any thoughts or help with this would be awesome.

Buy from a dealer then you get to try and get the best fit. For night riding the latest info is wear sun glasses when it's raining as it's supposed to prevent glare on your visor. USA police came up with this, but not yet tried it, or ask an optician as to what's best for you.

1- Really shouldn't order a helmet off-line UNLESS you know it fits your head properly. It should be fitted at a Shop first.

#2- All the sizes have the same exterior size, it's the interior padding that hold your brains in when you go down.

#3- Highly suggest you go to a Shop for a fitting, put your order on Hold until you know what fits, helmets are like jeans, one size and/or SHAPE does NOT fit all and squeezing your @ss into a pair of jeans may look sexy but squeezing your head into an ill-fitted helmet will make your butt squeak. Believe me!

TRUST THEM, if they don't a make different size shield they don't need to.

Get a Clear shield, even light tints get dark at night.
