Get a real motorcycle first.

No, you can not get a M1 license certification on your 50cc scooter.

Scooters are not Motorcycles, and the 50cc engine capacity does not

qualify as a sufficient displacement for M1 license testing. You do not

need insurance, registration, or a license to ride most 50cc scooters,

in most towns. If you would like to get your M1 motorcycle license, you

will need to first take the written exam, and ride with your permit for a

while. 50cc scooters will not qualify, so you will need to get a 50cc+

bike and take the skills test on that.

Good luck.

examine your DMV regulations for utilising try- definition of motorcycle and 'moped' varies- normally in engine length and velocity regulations, registration code issued. Does right here in Wisconsin which additionally say 50cc scooters with 'moped' plates do not prefer bike endorsement, yet bike observed try must be achieved on bike license plated vehicle to get bike license.. . .
