I want to build a crotch rocket, but i don't want like 500000000 HP, or whatever they have, i want a little less, maybe somewhere around 50...? are there any websites that will show me how to make it, and where i can buy the parts?

Here is a much needed reality check for you: unless you have all the elements and tools in today's fabrication shop and the skills to perform the tasks necessary to build a machine you describe then you may want to seriously consider another route. If you did have all the tools & skills necessary you would not need to ask this question.

Building from the ground up is going to be a lot of hassle and money. Salvage is a hit or miss unless you know what you're looking for, and is almost never worth the investment to make pretty again if it's been wrecked. Some states automatically salvage a bike if it has been stolen even if there's very little damage, so that's probably your best bet if you want to go that route.
There are plenty of sportbikes with smaller/detuned engines that might be right up your alley and will save you a pretty penny. A motor that's around 500cc's and 2 cylinders sounds like what you're looking for. Both Kawasaki and Suzuki make 500cc parallel twin sportbikes (Ninja 500 and GS500 respectively), and I think both come in around 50 to 60 claimed horsepower (around 30ft/lbs torque).
If you're curious about what other bikes are out there, hop on craigslist. It's a good barometer as to what's available and how much you should pay. Wiki will help you determine the approximate power output of any bike that catches your fancy.

check local salvage yard for recent crash of crotch rockets- get one with runnable engine and frame, bent front ends and bodywork damage expected. Fix and ride. Might end up with a running 'Rat Bike' .

Sign up for some shop classes when you get to high school. Thought you were building a car as per another post you made.
