You can't make a off road only motorcycle street legal. It was never titled as a street legal motorcycle, so there is no amount of Equipment that you could add that will change the fact that it is off road only.

The RM125 was not designed to be an on road bike. It has none of the DOT required equipment and the title can not be registered as a street legal machine. To convert this to street legal condition would require more expense than the bike is worth.

Not sure what the rules and regs are these day's but when i made my RM80 road legal quite a few years years ago it wasnt realy that long a process or difficult .
Fitted front and back lights, handlebar switch gear, brake light switch and an electric horn, made up my own wiring loom from scratch but it had to be a dead loss none charging type system that ran off a 12v battery as no stator plate was available at the time that i could convert to fit. i did manage to convert a speedo drive from another model of bike to give a working speedo but you could now go to a cycle shop and use one from a mountain bike.
The not for road use tyres will need to be removed, and you may well have to quieten the exhaust down a bit too.
I then had to MOT the bike to prove its road worthyness and then take it to the local DVLA office for them to inspect the bike and paperwork make notes of the frame numbers and check them against the MOT cert, they then issued me with a reg number and a tax disc was sent through the post a few days later, i think it cost about £50

you don't say how old the rm is,but if you live in the uk,then it's do able.lights can be run off the engine,or you can fit a small battery, horn /rear brake light, can be also wired to the engine,or battery.you need a speedo too.you'll have to go from knobblies,to a daukl purpose tyre.fit a quiter rear silencer.the pe suzuki was not too disimilar to the rm in the late 1970s earily 1980s,and they were road legal.

Sorry I and several friends of mine have tried over the decades to title a full on dirt bike like your RM and make it street legal with all the lights and what not but it comes down to the title which states what the motorcycle was designed to do. That's where you get stuck.

It won't have the necessary EU certification to enable it to be registered as a road bike. No matter what you do it'll never be legal or insurable.
