To answer your question honestly ,and to be clear on this I've lived in Ca my whole life . LOOK VERY CLOSE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ADVERTISEMENT YOU SAW .There at the very bottom of the Ad( usually its always the last thing they clarify ) it in there somewhere these exact words "NOT FOR SALE IN CA "That pretty much sums up a answer to your question All those "dollar store " junk bikes are not worth a wooden nickle to be blunt there pure junk , most likely are copies of other brands , and there scrap on wheels basically . There inferior in every way shape and form to the bikes there copied from Chinese manufactures just copy and make cheap clones of other manufactures DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Whether or not they are street legal is irrelevant.

All Chinese motorcycles are cheaply and poorly made, using low grade components, with little or no quality control They are unreliable, dealer backup is lousy and spare parts availability is almost non-existant. Any "warranty" that's offered will just be a joke.

Do you really want a bike like that?

I looked at 3 of them on the front page, none were California legal. For that sort of price point, they aren't going to go through the whole CA certification rigmarole.

Choose a Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, or Suzuki. Legal in all states with quality service and parts availability.

If there are no California dealers, that would be a clue. Know how to use Google?
