Out of the choices you've mentioned, I guess, P150 is good. But, If you ask me then I'd suggest you to go for CBZ extreme. It has the aesthetic values and most importantly, the reliable performance. IF you need a glance on the technology which comes with CBZ Extreme, It has the looks, the power and the performance. Needless to say the best mileage in the 150 cc category. Fits well within your budget, and most importantly, it has the best technology - ATFT. ATFT stands for Advanced Tumble Flow induction Technology - which introduces the fuel air mixture from the carburetor into the piston with a swirl or a tumbling action, which actually ensures more efficient burning of fuel Hence More Power and Better Fuel Economy which result in Lesser Emissions(Pollution). All the best.

I think bajaj pulsar is best option for you..........

Bajaj says “DTS-i gives high power without compromising on mileage.” and the bike lives upto this statement. Another great advantage of the Digital Twin Spark ignition is the throttle responsiveness. Definitely the throttle response is better than the CBZ. It does give a good adrenaline rush when you twist the throttle.

I think U have best option is Pulsar, because it looks great, great average. honda shine is a 125cc bike, and apache is sexy but it's average is not good.

also think first is going on if your height is short you should have to purchase Apache and if you have good height so purchase the pulsar.

pulsar have a great look also. and great pick up. handling also is great.and new version of pulsar 2009 is very sexy look.

there is another option for u is a yamaha that looks very cool.

I think u should look for PULSAR.

It has a great pick-up as well as power.

It has a great look with good average.

Only it lacks a little bit in handling in comparision to Apache.

Other than this u can go for Yamaha YZFR- 15
