Somone mentioned to me that I could turn my bike into a 450cc with a 4 stroke engine from another yamaha bike (which name I cannot remember) as it would fit if I adjusted the bike but what else would need changing as I've been told by others that my tires wouldn't be able to take it aswell as it lifting if I didn't extend the back of the frame

The frame you have was designed for a 125cc, so I'd think that putting in a 450cc engine would be a bad idea. To much weight. Also, you'd have to upgrade tyres / wheels, suspension, brakes, thicker chain etc etc.
