They're basically like headphones, but made for motorcycle helmets. Are they legal? It'd be nice to listen to some tunes while riding, but I can't imagine them being legal.

How would people have intercom on bikes without helmet speakers. I use mine for intercom, CB radio, and can use them for music and cell.

I see that Commiefornia seems to have an issue with it though. I wander what all the GOLDWING owners do out there?

Probably, but who's going to know, if they're loud enough for the cops to hear them you'd be dead from internal brain damage anyways. Texting while riding is a definite no-no.

it is illegal to rid a motorcyle with head phones in. at least in california
