Personally the best advice I could give is get the one you like the look of the most, Yamaha is reliable so that applies to almost all of them except the 2000 which had a bad engine that year, speed doesn't really matter but all would be similar there too and they would be about the same in terms of ease of riding, so go for the one you like the most.

After 2008, all R6s are nearly the same. Pick one that is low miles and suits your budget, don't worry about the year.
