It greatly depends who is driving.....Is the woman a passenger on the bike instead of driving the car, I'm all for that...

Do a lookup of the "Hurt" study (not a typo) that details motorcycle accident statistics back a couple of decades. I think the answers are skewed because so little of the U.S. population actually rides a significant number of miles in a year. Also the significant changes in the pastime aren't detailed in the study where helmets in California weren't mandatory yet.

A woman is not very likely to be injured or killed on a motorcycle if she stays off of them.If she gets on one thats another story.
